100 SINGLE-ENDED SHEAR BEAM
This single ended shear beam is a precision load cell that can be used in a variety of applications. This strain gauge load cell can be used as the weigh sensor in a variety of applications including floor scales, blenders, hoppers, tank scales, and platform sensors. Point loading can take place via load cell assemblies or via free floating feet (see options).

LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY
Load cells must be point loaded correctly to function properly. Assemblies are available to simplify the process so you can simply bolt the units in place and you are ready to weigh!

FREE FLOATING FOOT
The free floating foot contains a ball bearing that can adjust to slight variances in the foundation. The height of the load cell can also be adjusted by tightening or loosening the base nut while the top jam nut locks the foot in place. These features give you maximum flexibility in leveling the scale which is critical in getting the highest degree of accuracy . Feet can be used instead of asseblies if you need a lower profile and if the top plate where the load cell mounts is very structurally sound.
